HAARHAUS operates exclusively to the conditions of the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp – General German Conditions of Carriers) and – insofar as these do not apply to the provision of logistics services – the General Terms of Logistics, both in the most recent version.  Clause 23 ADSp limits the liability for damage to goods as required by Article 431 Handelsgesetzbuch (German Commercial Code) for damage caused during the carrier's custody to € 5/kg; during multi-modal transports that also includes sea transport to 2 SDR/kg and also for each damage case or event to € 1 one million or € 2 million respectively or 2 SDR/kg, depending on which figure is the higher. Clause 27 ADSp does not apply as a waiver of liability in the sense of Article 25 of the Montreal Convention.
